If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of payment — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please visit paddle.net — the buyer support site for our payment processor. You can also use the support link in your purchase receipt.

If you'd like to share feedback about why you're requesting a refund, you're welcome to email [email protected] — it helps me improve Phrasal Verbler, but it's entirely optional and not required for your refund.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date and receive a full refund. However, this right may not apply if you have started downloading, streaming, using, or benefiting from the product during that period, where you consented during checkout for the product to be made available before the end of the 14-day period.

This does not affect your rights in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

Payment processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 3–5 working days.
